• Extended Mechanical Engineering experience to bring your Product Design idea from hand sketches, 2D drawings (or just pictures) into accurate 3D parametric files that could be shared with manufacturing
• Make Rapid prototypes using 3D Printing
• Create Technical Illustrations for Patent Applications (with signed NDA, if required)
• Reverse Engineering (RE)

CAD MODELING & DRAFTING

• CAD Modeling (Solid, Surface, Sheet Metal, Casting / Machining, etc.)
• Complex Assemblies
• 2D to 3D CAD Conversion
• Injection Molded parts including the required draft angles and parting lines for proper part ejection
• Recreate / modify existing CAD models

3D PRINTING

• Producing a physical version of the CAD Models using in house 3D Printing
• Using FDM (FFF) Technology, creating production parts and functional prototypes with outstanding thermal and chemical resistance and excellent strength-to-weight ratios

RENDERING

• Producing high quality CGI (Computer Generated Images)
• Using advanced software and a large material library
• Working with the in-house made or imported CAD data, resulting in high quality pictures for marketing and other visualization purposes
• Output files in JPEG, TIF or PNG format

PLASTIC POLYMERS WITH SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS

• We are in partnership with a local company specialized in thermoplastic masterbatches for packaging, blow molding and injection molding
• Access to special compounds with added UV stabilizers, flame retardants, optical brighteners (glow in the dark), slip agents and anti-microbial additives
• Availability of various advanced resins and reinforcements such as nano carbon tubes and nano minerals
