CAD MODELING & DRAFTING
- CAD Modeling (Solid, Surface, Sheet Metal, Casting / Machining, etc.)
- Complex Assemblies
- 2D to 3D CAD Conversion
- Injection Molded parts including the required draft angles and parting lines for proper part ejection
- Recreate / modify existing CAD models
3D PRINTING
- Producing a physical version of the CAD Models using in house 3D Printing
- Using FDM (FFF) Technology, creating production parts and functional prototypes with outstanding thermal and chemical resistance and excellent strength-to-weight ratios
RENDERING
- Producing high quality CGI (Computer Generated Images)
- Using advanced software and a large material library
- Working with the in-house made or imported CAD data, resulting in high quality pictures for marketing and other visualization purposes
- Output files in JPEG, TIF or PNG format
PLASTIC POLYMERS WITH SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS
- We are in partnership with a local company specialized in thermoplastic masterbatches for packaging, blow molding and injection molding
- Access to special compounds with added UV stabilizers, flame retardants, optical brighteners (glow in the dark), slip agents and anti-microbial additives
- Availability of various advanced resins and reinforcements such as nano carbon tubes and nano minerals
